Refund and Payment Policy

This policy applies to all services provided by Fromm Consulting LLC, doing business as Fromm Coaching (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Payments

Payments for services provided by Fromm Coaching must be made as agreed in the client agreement. Payment methods accepted include Credit Card, Wire, Venmo, PayPal.

2. Refunds

Due to the nature of coaching and consulting services, refunds are not provided once services have been rendered. However, if you are dissatisfied with the services, please contact us at nadja@fromm-coaching.com to discuss any issues.

Refunds for physical products, such as T-shirts, are available within 7 days of purchase, provided the product is unused and in its original condition.
